How long does it take to receive my order?
Since each piece is custom printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for printed apparel?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective or the print quality is not up to standard. Because items are made to order, we cannot offer returns for sizing errors or change of heart.
How should I care for my printed garments?
To preserve the life of the print, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the best results.
